Taylor is honest, energetic, caring and has great integrity. She made sure that we were not stepping on the toes of our previous agent who had stopped responding to us. She negotiated a good price and got the inspections scheduled quickly since we were closing in 2 weeks not 30 days. The seller/agent had turned off the main breaker and the water main prior to our taking possession of the house. I thought this was odd. We turned everything on and left for about 4 days before moving in. On moving day we discovered a water hose leaking under the bathroom sink. The vanity base shelf was saturated and had to be removed. Taylor did her best to get us compensated for this but we had closed and there was nothing we could do short of the legal system. She offered to help us find a contractor but we elected to self repair. We are contemplating selling a different house in the area and Taylor will definitely be our agent!
