I had 42 acres in rural PA. Many acreage languished on the market 6 to 12 months. Anticipating this, I placed my property with Tyler 6 months earlier than I expected it to sell. It sold in two weeks to the day it was listed. Great job Tyler, thank you.

He was always reachable and did a good job up until the end when he got me for a extra 5000 he said the buyers said it was between my house and one other and if I paid half the closing cost they would take mine, ok so now at closing the buyers tell me that they look at another house and knew they only wanted my house so Tyler who was working for me had me pay closing cost that I should have not paid to make himself look good with the buyers I guess to get future busines that's my only problem because he played me and if a person does that for who he is working for that's ashamed so trust him like you would a lawyer

Tyler was easy to talk to and very helpful giving me tips about how to prepare my parents house to go on the market. He was proactive when we discovered that the house was in a flood zone, going out and looking for an affordable flood insurance policy. He always responded to me very quickly and kept me up to date of what was happening with potential buyers. Very pleased with his service and I would highly recommend him.
