With any questions we had he was very responsive to answer, no matter what time of day it was. We scheduled a lot of last minute showings on multiple different days and he was always willing to make the long drive for us whenever we requested to see new houses. ZillowVERIFIEDI was referred to Tyler by a friend & realtor, and I was not disappointed. The day after I was introduced, Tyler worked quickly to get me almost 10 showings the following day. He didnt hesitate to start the showings bright and early so we could knock all of them out. Tyler offered his take on each place in terms of structure, functionality, price. and what I was looking for. He always had my best interest in mind throughout the long morning of non-stop showings. The final showing of the day was one that we both felt was the right fit. We submitted an offer that afternoon and it was accepted. Unfortunately the seller and her realtor were not motivated to respond to our inquires and after a month of sitting on the house we decided to cancel our offer. Tyler was extremely helpful and fought tooth and nail to get the house to close, it was not fault of his that we werent able to close. The very next day after we cancelled Tyler has booked another 10 house showing day. We found another great fit, made an offer that afternoon, it was accepted and was successfully closed ahead of schedule thanks to Tylers efforts. In the end we spent over 2 months working together to get me in the right house, and during this time I never doubted Tyler and his ability to get the job done. We was an excellent communicator, and he truly fought for me the entire time we were working together. I will definitely be going back to Tyler for any future real estate transactions. I recommend that you all do the same.
