Hello! My name is Tyler. I am originally from Tampa Florida, and have resided in Asheville North Carolina for many years! I am a local real estate agent specializing in first time home buyers, people relocating from other areas, and short term rentals. I own and manage multiple vacation rentals (AirBNB, VRBO) here in Western North Carolina and love being a realtor! Tyler and Grace and the entire Savvy team provide more of a full service support team, beyond flagging potential good investment properties. If its on their list, its worth checking out if fits your goals. This is my second property buying through them. I cant imagine a short term rental investor in WNC using any other realtor group.

Tyler is amazing and really understands STRs! This was one of the hardest closing I have ever done because of the lender. We had to renegotiate with the seller many times. Tyler was able to work his magic to keep the sellers calm and move forward with closing which I think most realtors would of not been able to keep the deal alive. He also has an amazing network that will be a big benefit to you!

Tyler has gone above and beyond helping me find my first short term rental property. He and his team are knowledgeable, diligent and caring about you and your needs. They will work with you as long as you need to find the right property and will not push you into a property that is not right. However, they will try to steer you away from one that will not work as you intend it to (not a good investment).
