Vanessa O'Neill has taken the time to listen to our client's needs and fulfill their home purchasing desires. My beautiful wife (also a realtor since 1990 and a notary) and I have 2 wonderful and beautiful daughters. One daughter attends the University of La Verne and rides horses with English dressage in Chino Hills. Our younger daughter attends elementary school. My education consists of honors graduate at Walnut High in 1983 and a bachelor of science degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law (FRL) from Cal Poly Pomona in 1989. We needed quick action due to new-build home not accepting contingency sale of our existing home so we contacted Ty based on a recent listing/sale of another house on our street. He quickly provided the builder with requested documentation and pled our case based on comparable sales in our area so builder did grant contingency based on his reputation and knowledge of our area's trend. His reputation & expertise brought attention and interest from other realtors and offers quickly ensued.
