There is a saying: 10% of the realtors do 90% of the sales. In Fall 2014 I added a dedicated and experienced agent to my team. Vanessa O'Neill has taken the time to listen to our client's needs and fulfill their home purchasing desires. She is familiar with the area we work, a savvy negotiator, dedicated to her craft, and readily available. Her addition has freed me up to better service our sellers and buyers. My beautiful wife (also a realtor since 1990 and a notary) and I have 2 wonderful and beautiful daughters. One daughter attends the University of La Verne and rides horses with English dressage in Chino Hills. Our younger daughter attends elementary school. My education consists of honors graduate at Walnut High in 1983 and a bachelor of science degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law (FRL) from Cal Poly Pomona in 1989. The same year I started my real estate career near the busy corner of Diamond Bar Bl. and Grand Ave.: 1241 Grand Ave. Ste. B in Diamond Bar, Ca.
