I believe that Customer Service is one of the most important parts of my real estate career. There must be direct communication between the Realtor and the client. Whether it is updates to a seller on showings or keeping a home buyer informed of what is going on and any bumps along the way, each part of the transaction is equally important. After graduation from college, I was a school teacher for years. Again, communication is an important role - both to students and to parents. Customer service remained front and center in another career, where my husband and I owned six franchises for fifteen years. The same is true for real estate.
