ZillowVERIFIEDTrudy was extremely helpful right from the get go. The day we saw our house she was able to refer us to a gentleman that could get my pre-approval letter within 48hrs of the showing. Once the pre-approval was obtained she sent an offer in the same day as she even helped me with figuring out a good offer, which was accepted the same day. From there she always emailed me when there was something to sign, things to be done, and always responded within 24hrs when I had questions. Overall she made the the whole process less stressful.
