ZillowVERIFIEDWe had never worked with Troy before this year, and only knew about him initially through some of his postal advertisements, as well as Open House. Also, in the last couple years, some of our neighbors had either sold or bought through Troy. In a couple instances, Troy even represented the buyer and seller, which can be a difficult task and a balancing act. Twice, in this ticklish situation, I asked the neighbors how Troy did, representing both sides and in both instances, buyer and seller gave him a very high rating. One even said On a Scale of 1-10, Troy is a 12. He also said Troy was very honest with both seller and buyer.Well, this dual representation happened to us - Troy wound up representing us - the sellers, as well as the buyers.Troy was on top of things, responded quickly when the situation required it, and was in touch with us - as well as the buyers. We met the buyers and while this might be unusual, we both seem to like each other, we cooperated and things went smoothly between us - no rancor and there was a bit of give and take willingly on both sides.He also then represented us in buying a home, and we have just finished Escrow and have started moving in. Troy worked with the other realtor and kept us up to date on what was happening almost daily when it came down to crunch time.I would highly recommend Troy as a highly motivated individual, works hard to represent his clients, very personable, easy to talk with, keeps us informed without being overbearing.One more comment: Troy also has an excellent assistant, Tanaya, who is very similar to Troy in keeping on top of things, keeping us informed, friendly, and whenever we have asked a question or made a request, she did her best to find the answers or resolve the problem.Tanaya and Troy complement each other, coordinate well and it seems that the day of the week doesnt matter if the client needs an answer! If you are looking for a great realtor that will fight for you and help you, the team of Troy and Tanaya is an excellent combination.
