That is very rare in this type of business.When it comes to Real estate most of the time you are talking about very large sums of money. For some it is the largest purchase they will ever make and it is the most valuable item they will ever sell. A lot of times an entire life s investment is involved.I would never gamble my lifes investment by using a sketchy character. This is guy that you can count on to take care of you and not worry about him burning you. He will burn himself before he burns you, because thats the kind of person that he is. Kelly has old-school work ethic so you will get someone who will work his guts out to take care of you. You wont find anyone more responsive than Kelly. Kelly has work history in construction, and he knows quality. He will be your best resource when it comes to buying a home and helping you sell a home. Kelly is awesome with people. Hes not a sleazy salesman. When you talk to him you know you are dealing with a good person. You hear it in is voice and you see it in his eyes. Everyone wins when they deal with this kind of realtor.I rarely review or add my personal endorsement to anything or anyone because my own integrity is important and Im very careful about who I endorse. However, every now and then, someone like Kelly impresses the heck out of me and I almost feel like its my duty. Kelly Forsgren is that guy.
