Troy was an excellent resource in helping us purchase our new second home. We are new to the area and did not have friends or family to help. He was with us in every step of our transaction. We were given excellent advice during the negotiation process. He directly worked with us throughout the process and we were not handed off to another agent or administrator when we needed help along the way. He lined up our home inspection and walked through the home with the inspector. He worked with the general contractor to make sure all the items found on the inspection were handled, repaired and done properly. He helped with home insurance and provided us with an agency to work with. He was very responsive in getting back to us with answers and is a wealth of knowledge in the area. He has stuck with us after the sale to help us with lining up a lawn service, pool maintenance, an electrician and even an interior designer. He offered to help with delivery of our vehicles to the new house and even with new furniture delivery. He has made our experience wonderful and easy. It is infrequent to find someone as helpful, reliable, and dedicated to service. He has been a joy to work with. I would highly recommend him to any friend or family member.
