Troy Emehiser

I am a NW valley resident since 1983 with over 23yrs in Surprise alone. I also bring approximately 25yrs of leadership and contract negotiating from the aerospace industry to the real estate industry. Negotiating contracts has included multi-year and multi-million dollar purchase and service contracts so I am well-equipped to help! I hold a Bachelors of Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix and I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS(R) (NAR), Arizona Association of REALTORS(R) (AAR), and West and Southeast REALTORS(R) of the Valley (WeSERV). I enjoy volunteering my time with St. Mary's Food Bank, Special Olympics, and have been a monthly donator to St. Judes Children's Hospital since 2018. I look forward to helping you navigate and negotiate your way through an already stressful situation. I am dedicated to helping, have strong integrity to do what is right, and above all I genuinely care!
