ZillowVERIFIEDTruly I can say he is a God send, ouur original plan was to rent a place for 2 years and I called him up for help with that process, I had no idea who he was and randomly came across him. He listened a lot, never once was he pushy. We were so happy with his service that when the time comes we hope to do bussiness with him. He was also very aware of the going rates and which houses were up for negotiation. Though he up front told us that our house was non negotiable ( compared to other listings) he still was able to get us some savings on closing costs and a fence built. Great man and not to mention: he helped set up the furniture and dealing with contractors to get all the furniture installed when we were out of state! Truly an amazing guy!!
