Definitely recommending Trong Dang. His understanding and knowledge of the market is outstanding. While we set our goal going in. Right away we had an offer that has reach our goal. However, he recommended us to not take the offer and wait for the review date. He advise us to trust the process in which we did. On review date he did not disappoint. He was able to get multiple offers which was even higher than that of the initial first offer. Whats more amazing is that he didnt just told us to pick the highest and best offer, but he went back and work harder for us to get more. He was able to get another 50k over the highest offer we had in had. So if anyone are in the market wether buying or selling. I found Trong through some website and he messaged me. I checked out his profiles and his profile said everything about him that a-line with my own personal interest and value. He also wasnt a pushy sells person. Hes very chill to work with. He definitely understand the market very well and very professional. He got his team to help me finish my unfinished renovation that been on hold for over 2 years. His team was awesome they came and got the job done on budget. Really appreciate that. Once we got that out the way. Trong told me about his strategy on selling the house. He did an amazing job on marketing my house also. His team definitely put the wow factor on it. We had line at the house from the beginning to the end of the one week he asked for. We literally could not get away from the house fast enough or get home late enough. Buyers were excited and alway there looking. I didnt even think we was going to get as much as we did. 21 percent over asking. Our first offer can the first day of showing. Literally it was 20 percent over asking. I wanted to accept the first offer but he said to lets wait. I agreed. Not to many offers came in after the 2 offer but by the end of the week we had 18 offer over asking. We finally accepted the one with the best deal for us and safest loan to go with. I definitely will work with his team again in the future for any real estate deal. I'm beyond happy with the end result. The number was more that I was hoping for or think it was even possible. Ty!
