As we all know, buying and selling a home is one of the most stressful things in a persons life. We are so thankful to have met Herman, as he took all the stress out and made it a wonderful experience. He took care of the entire process, from getting the house ready for market to pricing it appropriately, to helping us navigate the negotiation process, as well as getting the right people in place for a fast closing.
