When my wife and I began our search for our first home we did not have a real estate agent. The whole prospect of buying a home in this day and age seemed so daunting. As we browsed for homes on Zillow, we found a few we wanted to see in person. The website assigned us an agent. To our dismay, our inquiry was ignored and not attended to. After a few days passed, we submitted another request to view a home. We will forever be grateful for that algorithm that linked us with Anthony. From the beginning Anthony was professional, respectful and courteous. He reached out to us in a prompt manner and scheduled the house viewing to work around our schedule. We didnt even meet him in person yet, but we recognized his unparalleled work ethic to serve his clients. Anthonys passion for his livelihood was evident from day one. Once we met in person and viewed a home, he helped prepare us for the home buying process. My wife and I are newcomers to purchasing a home and Anthony is at the top of the chain in his profession. Without question and hesitation, Anthony was our only consideration to have as an agent. Before we left the viewing of the first home together, Anthony discussed with us the proper steps going forward. All of this was new to us and he relived us of all the apprehension and anxiety of searching for the right home. Anthony always put us as his client first, along with always being open and honest. Although we just met him, we trusted his guidance and direction. We would soon learn the first step of home buying and getting a mortgage is to get pre-approved. The prospect of it seemed intimating but Anthony dissected the process and walked us through it. He provided us with contact information to get the ball rolling to make that big purchase one day. Always there to answer any questions, he was by our side every step of the way to view homes. As we found homes in our budget, we would reach out to Anthony and he would schedule a viewing for us. His relentless and determined demeanor would not settle for no call backs. He would effortlessly book a viewing for us regardless of the struggle to set up a date. We truly admire all his hard work from the early stages. The culmination for the search of our first home would come in late October. What was just a viewing my wife and I wanted to check out turned into our first home purchased as a couple. After seeing the home was on the market for a while and the asking price coming done, we submitted our first offer for a home. Anthonys negotiation skills are second to none and he predicted the outcome of our offer. My wife and I will never forget the true genuineness and sincerity of Anthony that day. While we were in the driveway, Anthony discussed with us that although the house needed renovations it would be a smart buy. Anthony always keep our home buying budget in mind. He managed to help us get out first home at a very reasonable price that would allow us to do all the renovations we needed to. The consideration and thoroughness of the ideas he shared are priceless. He talked with us like we were longtime friends. He expressed concern every step of the way. It didnt even feel like he was working as our real estate agent. Anthony never skimps on giving his time, which is the most valuable resource one can provide. My wife and I will forever be grateful and blessed to have Anthony as our real estate agent. He is a gift from God. We were new to home buying and Anthony told us everything he knows about making the big purchase. He has become a friend to us and he made sure to make clear the journey doesnt end here.
