We looked at everything from a house in Custer to a ranchette 15 miles out a gravel road to a forestry service cabin. Tristan was a great sport, driving out to remote locations, writing up offers, and helping us out with getting as much information as we could on each property. For much of our search, either we were in another state or he was, so his familiarity with technology really helped. We finally closed on our dream property - a five acre parcel in Star Valley Estates - from our home in PA while Tristan was in MT! We flew into Rapid City for a very short visit to check the area out, and with Tristans guidance, it already felt like home a few days later when we had to leave. No pressure whatsoever. He answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. When it was finally time for us to move forward he was there for us. He was our boots on the ground and he made sure everything was squared away. We just closed on our new home (June 3rd 2022-Exactly when we wanted) in Rapid Valley and we couldn't be happier! He was able to do walk throughs of multiple homes for us virtually, and was always patient and available via text or phone call when we would plague him with questions or concerns. 8 months later we now have a beautiful home here in Rapid City. Would definitely recommend.
