Trista was an amazing asset in helping us find a house in the area. Not only did she answer all our questions about the buying process, but also about the area and things to expect as a home-owner in the area (e.g. sidewalks are cleared of snow by homeowner and not by the city). She went above and beyond to help us find a house that would meet our needs and desires as well as helped get the best deal we could in the current market. She was always willing to help and make sure we had the information we needed -- including reliable businesses to contact for various home services. She was even able to recommend a good agent to help with selling our place in our previous location. Would highly recommend her as an agent.

Trista was the perfect person for me to work with because of her expertise and knowledge of Emery County; I lived clear across the country when I bought my single family home to Ferron, UT using Trista like a crutch! She had to do absolutely everything for me and even drove WAY out of her way twice - once to check on something and then the second time when I ended up in UT days earlier than I had planned and she rushed out to make the key to my new home available to me.
