We talked with a few realtors in the OBX area of North Carolina and we liked how Michael presented both himself and the area. We had some specific ideas of what we wanted in a house. Michael showed us 6 houses over the course of almost a full day and was very patient. Once we decided on our path, Michael made recommendations for insurance, banks, contractors, and even good places to eat and play golf. Michael went above and beyond what we were expecting since it had been a few decades from buying our last house. If you are looking for somebody that will steer you in the right direction without pressure, Michael is your man. He even helped us with getting permits for the septic renovation and letting the contractor in and out of our house to perform their work - weeks after closing.
