Michael was absolutely fantastic to work with. We were out of town buyers who knew the area we wanted to be in, but were not able to be in person and had to do everything remotely. Michael worked seamlessly with us, doing video walkthroughs of properties, coordinating with multiple parties, recommending companies to reach out to across all our needs (mortgage, legal, rental management, etc). Communication was also super quick and thorough, and he helped make our long term dream of having a beach property a reality. Anything that needed to be handled in person he made himself available and just overall it was smoother than some of the in-person transactions weve done.
