ZillowVERIFIEDTrish and her associate Deb did 2 times in a 41/2 year period that multiple Realitors could do . The first property was listed for 2 summers with other Realitors, contacted Trish and came out and evaluated the property and said its not being shown at an appropriate price. Trish raised the price of the 150000. And had a contract in 7 days .This last house sold in less than 40 days and it was located an hour from anywhere. Trish and Deb marketed it to cater to the home and capitalized on locations around it on top of all the features the home offered. Trisha and Deb are top notch Realitors that look , listen, and evaluate each property as if it was there own on the market . If you want first class professional Realitors and dont want to sell yourself short then Trish and Deb are outstanding and who you need.

ZillowVERIFIEDTrish and staff were just awesome! A lot has changed in the 30+ years since selling and buying a house, and they helped immensely with the on-line paperwork processing. Trish is a proponent of the "value range" listing pricing whereas the other realtors we talked to were leery of it and put a substantially lower listing on their quotes. Not only did we get offers from the first two showings, but sold and closed the house at the top of the price range that Trish suggested. I understand that a complex undertaking as buying and selling real estate is can have its challenges, but the few we incurred were handled quickly and professionally. This all occurred during the peak of the Covid situation!

If she for some reason could not attend a showing due to unexpected conflict she was prompt in sending her associate, Deb, to meet me. Both her and Deb were helpful in assisting me in my home search and during the closing process when purchasing my first home.
