I have been a real estate investor since 1998. I own income property; I have flipped houses; sold houses; purchased businesses, commercial and residential property, and multi-family units prior to becoming a licensed REALTOR. These experiences have shaped my career. I believe my hands-on knowledge is helpful to first time homebuyers, families moving up, contractors, and market-savvy investors
