She lives in the Frederick area with her husband Richard, and her younger son, fifteen year old Zack. Richard is a licensed Home Inspector. Jake graduated from the University of Maryland in 2013 with a degree in Fire Protection Engineering. Zack joined the local 4-H Club to show sheep, pigs and steer. Trish has always been a people person and a problem solver. One day in 2005 she decided to make a change and she jumped into the real estate market, and she's never looked back! I had all but given up on selling my house because of a different realtors lack of drive. I then remembered Jason Carbaugh. So I called him and explained what was going on and he said he could help me. Well help me he did.
