We would recommend Trish Hansen as a full service sellers broker. The listing looked polished and professional. She was organized, thorough, and motivated. Trish provided excellent service even answering the phone evenings and weekends, and going out of her way to make the transaction go very smoothly. She was in constant communication with the buyers broker and mortgage company and kept us informed regularly for the duration of closing. She was the one calling us, not the other way around. We had multiple full price offers with escalation clauses within a few days. We will use her again.

I am not a first time homebuyer, but a fourth time homebuyer. Trish was terrifically helpful with finding me the right properties to look at, and scheduling viewings on weekends when I could make it over the mountains to Bend (I live in Eugene), even during the COVID pandemic. She also took charge to chat up a homeowner long enough for me to actually look at the home without the homeowner following me around (which was happening). It was thoughtful and helpful.
