I chose Trina to help sell my Long Beach condo because I wanted an agent who was knowledgeable and experienced, familiar with my area, and a good communicator. She had many positive reviews so she was the first agent I met to discuss the sale. After that meeting, I was convinced that Trina was the agent I wanted. She answered all my questions and gave me the information I needed to set the listing price and understand what to expect. We got a good offer right away, from a motivated buyer. We were initially told the escrow would be short, and Trina was busy getting activities such as appraisal and home inspection scheduled promptly. As it happened, the escrow dragged on as the lender failed to deliver on promises. It was stressful, but I felt confident that I had Trina protecting my interests and providing the information I needed. When an agent needs to deal with problems, you really find out if they know what they are doing and are willing to work to find a solution, and Trina showed that she is an excellent agent.
