She provided great advice regarding home repairs to do before putting our home on the market and she professional staged the house for us. Her process for marketing and creating competition in the big process was perfect. Our house was on the market for ~ 10days. We hade 3 days of showings and bids were due the day after. We closed almost 10% above asking price with no contingencies. It was a dream sale. And, when the buyers title insurance company found a 21 year old mortgage (from the prior owners before us) that had not been properly discharged, she jumped in and went to work to help us figure out the paper trail so we could still close on-time.
