ZillowVERIFIEDExtremely nice lady. More responsive than any other agent Ive worked with. Could contact at any time of the day or night. Wanted to see the property that I found on Zillow and first agent said we had to give 24 hours notice. That didnt work for me because I was heading out of town and wanted to view it that morning. She arranged a view less than 2 hours later. I had Trina make an offer for me the next day. Offer accepted. Then had the property inspected and she negotiated a slightly lower price. Wasnt sure about insurance and she referred me to her own agent since I wasnt from around here. I had contacted 1 insurance agent and then contacted Trinas. She saved me about 1/2 of the premium compared to the quote I already had. Wanted the locks re-keyed and she got it done for me. When we initially moved in the place was so clean. I asked Trina about that and she had specified in the contract that it be cleaned after the owner was out. I cant say enough good things about the way I was treated and the professional way everything was handled. I will use Trina exclusively in the future. Great agent.
