I can honestly say Trina is the reason we have our house today. She knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Extremely nice lady. More responsive than any other agent Ive worked with. Could contact at any time of the day or night. Wanted to see the property that I found on Zillow and first agent said we had to give 24 hours notice. That didnt work for me because I was heading out of town and wanted to view it that morning. She arranged a view less than 2 hours later. I had Trina make an offer for me the next day. Offer accepted. Then had the property inspected and she negotiated a slightly lower price. Wasnt sure about insurance and she referred me to her own agent since I wasnt from around here. I had contacted 1 insurance agent and then contacted Trinas. She saved me about 1/2 of the premium compared to the quote I already had. Wanted the locks re-keyed and she got it done for me. When we initially moved in the place was so clean. I asked Trina about that and she had specified in the contract that it be cleaned after the owner was out. I cant say enough good things about the way I was treated and the professional way everything was handled. I will use Trina exclusively in the future. Great agent.
