As long as the home is in good condition and priced right, we will sell it. Photos of the home are key, since our first showing is online. This is why I pay for professional photography on all my listings.

I have worked with all types of clients. I have worked with sellers that were downsizing and upsizing, short sale sellers and out of state sellers. I have worked with first time buyers, experienced buyers, relocation buyers, investors and more.

There are many transactions that I am fond of, but one in particular was I was working with a military family that was coming back to the States from Germany. We conversed via email for weeks and finally talked so I could understand their wants and needs for their family. I took this information and viewed many new homes on their behalf while taking photos, video and sending detailed overviews of my visits. They contracted on a home without seeing it. The wife flew into town for the home inspection and absolutely loved the home. This erased all my concerns and made me happy that the home was perfect for their family.

I got into real estate because I always had an interest in homes. It was only meant to be a hobby, but I enjoyed it thoroughly and loved educating about the buying/selling process, while helping others find their dream home.
