I live this business and -- because of my investment and rehab experience, long before foreclosures and short sales took over the market during the downturn, have recognized when to shift between different market sectors. When the distressed economy forced many out of their homes and into the rental market I expanded my property management business. I also continue to list and sell homes both for individuals and financial institutions. We are moving into the next shift of a leveled off market and will continue to advise clients of proper valuations, so they can make wise decisions.
