To say that Tricia went above and beyond her job description would be the understatement of this decade, at least. In a nightmare situation resulting from a loan officers egregious mistake, Tricia walked my wife and I through every. single. excruciating. step. to get back on track and close on time. She flawlessly handled finding a new lender, easing discomfort from our sellers and their agent, calming us down, and somehow managed to keep everyone on schedule. In what was probably the most stressful business transaction of my life (solely as a result of my first loan officer), Tricia was there. I cant recommend her enough. I will be singing her praises to everyone that will listen! PS: When she asks you questions about your lender/loan officer and tries to discern their level of competency, she has your best interest in mind. Listen to her.
