What we DID know was we wanted an all-star realtor who could guide us and help us successfully purchase a home that checked the boxes. We found that with Tricia! After our initial call with her, she connected us with a great lender the very same day so we could go through the pre-approval process and begin house hunting. She was always very responsive via email, text, and phone call. This was huge when trying to set up appointments to view homes that were only staying on the market for a day or two.
