Carol helped us buy a house when the interest rates started to go up and everyone was in a buying frenzy. Despite us living in a different city, Carol did an incredible job of communicating and finding us hidden gens. As first time home buyers she coached us through the process. Her honesty was one of the qualities that I highly appreciated . Rather than pushing us to buy a house quickly, she would point out the shortcomings of the houses that were not apparent to us.
