ZillowVERIFIEDI have worked with a half dozen realtors over the years, and Tricia is - without a doubt - the best in the business. I honestly felt like my family was her top priority, despite knowing she was working with other clients simultaneously. We looked at dozens of homes, and each time we provided her with a suspected "wishlist" for viewings, she was unbelievably fast and responsive in setting up showings. She was extremely professional and respectful in her opinions of houses, other agents, etc. (and she only gave that opinion when we asked for it). That said, she was also helpful in providing guidance during some of the critical decision points. When we finally decided, she began working magic on inspections, radon testing, warranty, etc. It was literally a whirlwind - except I didn't have to worry at all. It all just ... happened. I can honestly say it was one of the most stress-free home purchases I've experienced or heard of.
