Trey is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. However, after the 2nd showing he punted me to a co-listing agent who (I didn't feel) had my best interests in mind. Trey was available if I called to ask him a question and on 1 other occasion Trey showed back up. It was disappointing that he didn't come to either of my closings (I bought and sold) especially since the co-agent showed to the first one 30 minutes late when all of the documents were signed and the closing was wrapping up. After the second closing I received a congratulatory text. I researched my agent to ensure I received quality care and service but I don't feel that I received it. I would not recommend EXP Realty.
