I cannot recommend Trevor enough! Our family moved from out of state to Oregon. Trevor helped us narrow down our locations to some key areas that worked for our family. When we started making offers on houses, he was extremely knowledgeable about each house, more so than your typical realtor. He has experienced with contractor work and has soooo many connections locally that were so helpful during the inspection period. On top of all of that, we had a really difficult seller with our second offer to buy and Trevor made sure we got our earnest money back quickly, he was only able to do that because of his connections. I honestly cannot fully articulate how difficult that seller was but I can express that it was made so much easier because we were working with Trevor. Trevor is the only person you need to know in the real estate business, period. He represented us selling our old house and buying our new house this past fall. Trevor's knowledge and experience of the market conditions was very impressive. He priced our house for a quick sale while still maximizing our profits. He also provided many of his key industry contacts for staging the house for sale, getting professional pictures taken, getting some maintenance and repairs coordinated, and helped us communicate with the mortgage/finance people. The kicker for us was that he helped us find the exact house we wanted, and he advised us to offer less than what we planned to, so that showed us that even though he could have made more commission by letting us do what we wanted to, he was looking out for our best interest.
