Two years ago, I went on a search to purchase my first home. Trevor held my hand throughout the process and made sure I stayed very informed. Trevor has amazing negotiation skills. I was a first time home buyer, and was truly a fish out of water when it came to knowing everything. I sat down with him to be my realtor and represent me and he was very knowledgeable about what to except. He is able to get your home the things it needs at the price that works best. His knowledge of the area, the construction and issues with holes and land, the perks and hidden amenities of the area, and the pricing of houses over the years is an amazing tool at helping select a home and location. He is incredibly responsive and transparent in his communication. He works with lenders and breaks down anything you may need into language that you can understand. His personality is beyond friendly and he makes you feel welcomed into a community of the valley and a sense of humor that can defuse even the most stressful parts of home buying. The public servant discount was easy to navigate with him and he was always informative on what that would look like from house to house and deal to deal. He was a wealth of knowledge on local providers ( inspectors mortgage brokers appraisers etc. ) that knew their stuff.

To put it mildly, Trevor was truly a blessing when it came to selling my home in Parachute, CO.
