I can't speak highly enough of Trevon. He made the process of selling a house easy. He was so helpful and knowledgeable in preparing my house for listing. When we needed a real estate lawyer and companies that dealt with well water and radon, he was right there with a list of names. Everything he told us about the selling process was on point. Eventhough the buyer was difficult to deal with, Trevon kept us focused and motivated. He was always available to talk and helped relieve our stress when we hit some bumps along the way. We decided that we were ready to begin house hunting. We had visited Somerville a few times and loved the charm and character of the town. Trevon is an extremely knowledgeable, hands on realtor that was referred to me by a neighbor. When I was ready to sell, he walked through my home offering advice on what to fix, or better yet not to. His list of contacts for a cleaning service, plumber, handyman, etc . . .is very helpful. Trevon uses a top notch photographer, markets your home on numerous sites, is physically present at your open house, sets up inspections and even purchases the smoke detectors/extinguishers to ensure compliance. My home was priced at a level that brought multiple offers within a few days of listing. As the closing date approached, he guided me through everything that needed to be completed.
