As a first time homebuyer, Trevon was the best realtor we could have asked for. He is informative, patient, honest, and extremely responsive. We met Trevon at an open house some years back and it was a stroke of luck because he is everything you hope to get out of a realtor. For our searches in Somerset County, he has shown intimate knowledge of neighborhoods and has his pulse on the market. He will sense if you're too hot or cold on a property and always give his honest assessment. Whether you're buying or selling, he is a great agent to have in your corner as a negotiator (we've used him on both ends in multiple transactions). During the closing process he also always follows through to make sure everyone (inspectors, lawyers, contractors) is on track. Organized, attentive, knowledgeable, can't recommend him enough.
