When choosing a realtor team to sell your house, you hope to have a team that knows the business inside and out. We found such a team with Treasure Davis. From the first meeting we felt comfortable with Treasure. She went over three different strategies for pricing our property relevant to the time we were selling. Process timelines were provided, and the team ensured each item was completed by the scheduled date.We ran into an issue with our roof shingles deteriorating prematurely. To say this caused us a lot of anxiety when this came up during the sellers inspection is an understatement. This is where having a great experienced realtor saved us thousands of dollars. Treasure and her team knew the history of the issue and how to handle this as a warranty claim. Treasures team arranged to have the roof replaced after closing and educated the buyers agent on the process.
