Met Travis at an open house as we started our journey to buy a home. Out of the 6 realtors we met with, we chose to go with Travis based on our gut reaction. THANK GOODNESS we were right. What we looked for: Communication - if he didn't respond to us within 30 minutes I'd probably call his family to see if he's ok. Knowledge Of The Area - He was constantly looking at homes for us and other clients, sending us videos and giving his two cents. In a lot of cases he would say this isn't a fit for us but open to show if we wanted. He knows the area like the back of his hand. Experience - It says on Zillow 2 years, but he's been in the game a lot longer on the closing and mortgage side, which is a huge plus because he understands what it takes over there and can give quality advice on how to best navigate. Lastly, Relationship skills - a down to earth, honest human being with a genuine yearning to learn about you, your family and what matters to you most. On top of that has some great connections in all paths of the journey to purchasing a new home, mortgage, closing, HMI, fix a deck, fix a light fixture. And all respect and compliment Travis as a good human being. If you have a bad experience with Travis - find me and I'll pay for your buyout. No I'm not his cousin/brother/friend - he's that good of a realtor.
