The questions we had were numerous as you could imagine, but Travis was there and never seemed to be put out by any of our questions, no matter how silly. He was there when we needed him, but also respected that a lot of the decisions with new construction need us to work it out without his involvement (picking paint, carpet, lighting, etc ..) but we had the comfort of knowing he was a quick call away and could help us with all the jargon as well as the over all process.

Travis was amazing from the beginning of our listing to the actual closing. He knew my wife is going through some tough medical issues and that we needed to list our house as quickly as possible. He made that happen immediately, and we had on offer that we accepted within a couple weeks of listing. Travis is a very nice person but did not meet our expectations for service a realtor should provide. We listed our house with him but bought our new home privately. I'm very proactive as a client and felt I was the one doing all the work when it came to suggesting an open house, requesting information for follow ups after showings, and trying to keep in contact about where we were at regarding the selling of our home. I may be a "needy" client but I expect the person I hire to accommodate those needs. The negotiations were a nightmare for us because we feel like there was a lack of communication and guidance. Once documents were signed we heard from Travis less. There was even one instance when he did not return a phone call from my husband. Again, Travis is a very nice person, but we could not figure out what he did to assist with the selling of our home besides provide legal documents. Of course I don't know what goes on on his end when we are not around but nothing was communicated to us so I can only speak based off of my prospective and experience. Unfortunately we will not be referring him to friends or family.

Travis was very responsive and helpful during the time we were planning a cross-country move from South Carolina to Washington State. He was our eyes and ears.
