1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
When you are trying to purchase a home I believe patience, faith, and trust are keys to success. When selecting an agent to help you through this daunting process I feel it is critical to find an agent with experience, confidence, knowledge, and who has your best interest at heart and not their own interest. An agent who is willing take as much time eliminating the wrong homes so the right home can surface.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
I believe when selling a home it is super critical that your home stands out from the competition. That it is marketed on hundreds of websites throughout the internet world with as many photos as possible and a quality virtual tour to eliminate the "professional shoppers". Choosing an agent with integrity, great work ethic, and a vast knowledge of the market who has had years of proven success is very important in successfully selling your home in a timely manner with as little stress as possible!
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with buyers and sellers under $50,000 and with those over $500,000. I prefer to work with anyone I am blessed with no matter what their price point.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in Real-Estate in January of 2004 because I had made several personal life changes and wanted to start a new career helping people buy and sell properties! I began my career with a quality new home builder and diversified from there!
