About Tracy Vasquez

I moved from New England to the DMV in 1985 and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I enjoy all that the area has to offer; the diverse climate, landscape, and culture. From the cities, suburbs; the mountains and farmland to eastern shore - as cheesy as all this sounds - this area really has it all! After several moves of my my own, I fell in love with Real Estate and the process that surrounds it. Leading me ultimately to this career; the wild world of Real Estate!! There are no two transactions alike and I am so excited to be a part of, and help navigate others through their own unique experience. I'm not quite sure how we started things with Tracy. At the time we were in the "window shopping" phase of things and were 50/50 about buying and if the area and market were right for it. I did want to see a very specific house that I liked, knew that it was over priced - but I had to see it anyway. Tracy made arrangements for 3 separate showings and even helped put in an offer we all knew was likely going to be rejected. She didn't complain about it or push back - just got things cooking. It fizzled and we sort of dropped out of the foray. A few months later we jumped back in, so to speak, and looked a a couple of more homes. Some took a few showings; One at least four trips. Again, Tracy never balked or hesitated, just got us in the door quickly. Finally made another offer and with that came the baggage of a very persnickety buyer. I'm the first to admit, I can be a PITA, but Tracy handled it all not just professionally, but always seemed positive and upbeat. I would recommend her for anyone, but especially to any potential buyers and sellers out there who don't do well with not getting their way.... immediately. Patient, proactive and positive - really can't be overstated here.~MD

If you are looking for an agent look no further. Tracy hands down is the best agent in MD. I live in CA and Tracy was a referral from and agent friend of mine in CA. I have very high standards and not meeting her face to face I thought would be a huge problem. We were absolutely in a tough situation trying to sell our house 4K miles away. Tracy handled the worst buyers agent Ive ever seen with grace and ease (Ive seen many but this guy was the worst) . She is relentless in getting her clients what they need. I never once needed to ask for an update because she informed me constantly. DO NOT LOOK FOR ANOTHER AGENT, IF YOURE READING THIS YOU FOUND THE BEST ONE.
