ZillowVERIFIEDFast, Efficient, Very Personable! Once The photos were posted. As well as the Virtual tour; on Friday evening. The request for, walk throughs. skyrocketed! Due to poor weather for that Saturday. All requests were moved to Sunday. By Monday morning we had at least 4 offers; 3 over the asking price.And after we accepted an offer; within hours later on the same day!! Even still, Yet another, higher offer. Whenever I, the Buyer or the buyers Financial institute had a question or concern; Tracey and her team, Always returned any and all inquiries I had. A very Top Notched; Professional crew.
