My wife and I have noticed that over the past several years we have been amazed that of all the houses for sale in our area, Those that sold fast, and at the highest dollar amount were always listed by Tracy Tofte. We attended her Thanksgiving Pie open house last year and let her know that we weren't in a hurry to sell, but would love to get ideas on the types of houses in the various neighborhoods around Valencia and their comparative price ranges.
