The team of Tracy Tofte and Frank Bernardo is one of the best real estate teams out there. From the beginning Tracy and Frank used their knowledge of real estate and negotiation skills to secure our listing. Selling our home and picking a listing agency was a hard process and Tracy and Frank gave us the peace of mind that they had our best interests at heart and would do everything in their power to sell our home. We were throughly impressed with the effort, attention to detail and service, and communication both Tracy and Frank provided us throughout the transaction. We asked them to go above and beyond as this was a relocation move across the country and we were on our house hunting trip when items needed to be taken care of at our home in California. Never once did Tracy or Frank hesitate on being available to assist us. Not only did we sell our home in 4 days, (which it couldve been sold in 1 day but we chose to give it the full weekend,) our home got multiple offers all over asking price. Once we selected a buyer Tracy and Frank continued to work to make sure everything was done on time and the level of communication they had during the transaction with all parties was excellent. We knew we wanted Tracy to sell our condo the minute we saw her IG page. Her social media presence is informative, well managed and honestly fun.She sold our house in 2 DAYS!! we had multiple offers come Monday.
