About Tracy Stella

I use my Fortune 20 corporate sales and marketing experience on behalf of clients to get results. I have approaching 20 years of expertise successfully selling & marketing in a fast-paced, competitive landscape. Consistently, I was in the top 2-5% of all sales professionals across the nation, winning awards for sales excellence. I was given opportunity to grow and excel in strategic planning and thinking, process development, leadership, and overall general business practices that transfer well into real estate ventures. I use all those corporate skills to market your home, to help you position your property for sale, and to develop an excellent strategy for you, whether you are buying or selling. Those skills are important, but the most critical reason for my success has always been the ability to establish & maintain strong relationships built on trust. Speaking of strong relationships built on trust, my husband and I teamed up to sell real estate. We enjoy working together and compliment one another's skillsets. I have a few healthy addictions, one of which is HGTV, and don't even get me started on my favorite Home Design app. (If you see me with a crow bar, be very concerned that a wall may be about to come down!) Perhaps my love for real estate reaches all the way back to childhood where I watched my parents build homes for our family. I guess it's in my blood, along with the strong work ethic they modelled for me. One of my other healthy addictions is motorcycle riding. Now, if you would have asked me about that 5 years ago, I would have laughed. I'm a girly, girl who loves fashion, hates camping, is not very good at sports (my brother got all that DNA), and apparently now loves to ride motorcycles with her hubby. We used Tracy and Stellar Results Realty to sell my 90 year old mom's home in McHenry this past fall and we could not be any happier with how the entire process went. We interviewed several real estate agents but were blown away by all of the time and effort that was put into their listing presentation. Tracy showed us many comparable homes in her area and pointed out pros and cons compared to my mom's place. We listed the house for more than we had hoped for and received more than our asking price. That shows that Tracy definitely knew the market that my mom's house was in and guided us appropriately. We had a small bump in the process due to a buyer backing out for personal reasons and Tracy and Stellar Results Realty handled that issue quickly and got our home back on the market and resold above asking price in less than a week. We moved my mom out of state so we needed Tracy's help with certain details that we could not be there to take care and Tracy stepped up and helped 110%. We received weekly status updates regarding the entire process and our questions were always answered promptly. I would recommend Tracy to anyone selling or buying a home. She helped us do both and I feel so lucky we met at an open house. She made both processes as smooth as possible. There were some unexpected circumstances in the selling of our house but she kept laser-focused. I'm not sure how she did it but the entire time I felt like I was her only client. She always made time for me. She's extremely knowledgeable, endlessly helpful, and just an all-around great person to work with.

We decided to sell our home this spring, and a friend provided us with Tracy's contact information. She responded to us very quickly and prepared a comprehensive marketing plan for our home sale. We'd lived in our home for almost 30 years and didn't know what to expect, but Tracy explained the process and made us feel at ease. She and a colleague also staged our home for sale which really helped us maximize its potential. This included sending us referals for tradesmen (repairs) as well as decorating suggestions that made our home look beautiful! Her contacts for photos and videography did an excellant job as well. Because of her hard work, the house sold in a few days, with multiple offers and well over asking price! Tracy updated us each week on the progress of the sale, right up through the closing.
