Realty is my passion, and through it, I strive to make a positive difference in people's lives. To me, finding a home for someone is not the same as finding them a house. A home elicits a personal connection on many levels, from it physical appeal and value, to the lifestyle it affords, to the neighborhood that surrounds it. Finding that "right fit" for my clients means everything to me, both personally and professionally. I love what I do, and embrace a can-do attitude in all things. (One of my clients actually calls me her "Sunshine"!) Yet, it's also true that I take my work very seriously " negotiating, managing transactions, problem-solving, and communicating regularly and effectively with buyers and sellers alike. From start to finish, I am there for my clients as a professional advisor they can count on, always. My realty work has earned me several professional awards - but I am sincere when I say that my true reward is my client's success and satisfaction. I genuinely care about my clients, and am proud that the bonds we form usually extend long past any initial sale. Many of my clients I have worked with for years- helping them buy, sell or invest in various properties. And many also honor me with their referrals to friends and loved ones, for which I am grateful. I cover a wide Southeastern Wisconsin region in my work, with specialties in lake areas including Whitewater, Geneva, Delavan and Lauderdale Lakes, as well as several towns and countryside areas. My clients include everyone from high-level executives and investors, to first-time buyers, growing families and empty-nesters. I sell primary homes, vacation retreats and investment properties - and enjoy working with both sellers and buyers with equal enthusiasm. I balance my life and work with the love and support of my husband and daughters - and the fun-loving antics of a Yorkshire terrier named Charlie! Weather permitting, I love paddle-boarding on the Lakes. Lake.
