About Tracy Ronca

Tracy Ronca is a licensed real estate sales associate and joined the real estate company of Wilson & Co. Sotheby's International Realty, in July of 2007. Tracy is a long time resident of the Central Coast having moved here in 1978 from Redondo Beach. Since then, she has lived in many of our local communities, giving her a great understanding of our local real estate market. Tracy studied business administration at Cuesta College and then pursued her dream to start and operate her own business. Tracy was the owner and operator of a very successful local cafA(C) for over 19 years. She sold that business and embarked on a full time real estate career. Tracy has a tremendous knowledge of the local real estate market and a vast network of contacts to utilize in meeting her clients' needs. She represents a wide variety of clients from first-time buyers to seasoned sellers, trustees of family estates, investors, developers, asset managers for REO properties - each with unique wants and needs. Her friendly attitude, pleasant demeanor and strong work ethic, which served her so well operating her local business, carries over to providing the best possible services to her real estate clientele. Tracy and her husband John Ronca, a local attorney, have raised two beautiful daughters. Aside from her real estate career, she enjoys playing tennis, photography, and spending time with her family. She is also very active with her husband in many charitable community endeavors. She has also completed a 12 month Graduated Realtor Institute GRIA(R) des-ignation, which is one of the highest designations that a realtor can obtain. Working with Stephanie Ronca to sell my house in Paso Robles, CA, was a sincere pleasure. From launching the listing to (early!) close of 30-day escrow, Stephanie provided expert advice and guidance, including correct time to list, correct pricing through comps and discussion, and preps that should be done so that the house showed it's best. She listened to my questions and concerns and was always willing to discuss them. By following her guidance, we succeeded in a smooth sale with multiple offers to consider and a final sale over the asking price. Additionally, Stephanie provided contacts so, when needed, i could get work done that the home inspection called for. These contacts were extremely professional and work was completed seamlessly and in a timely manner. As I was not on-site in Paso Robles during this time, this was absolutely invaluable to me, and to the successful sale of the house.Something that was very important to me...Stephanie drafted a schedule early on. This included specific dates for termite inspection, photographer (she was on-site to work with photographer), listing date, and planned open house(s). Additionally, she kept me up-to-date on showings and follow-up responses immediately, and all paperwork was handled electronically and efficiently.In the past, i have found selling a house to be an extremely stressful process without receiving timely feed back, having scheduled dates cancelled, and ultimately having to lower the selling price. The Ronca team were incredibly helpful, patient and responsive in our purchase of our dream home in SLO. Inventory is always low, but they knew details about the areas and the individual homes we were looking at you cannot know unless you are a long term expert in the area with deep relationships.
