I was connected with Tracy through my Zillow lending agent and once we got to meet, we were able to find my new home after only a couple of viewings. She was quick on getting all the paperwork in order for submitting an offer, bringing on a Title agency to start processing an escrow and appraisals, and diligently found all the necessary inspectors for me while I was busy at work. She helped negotiate for some concessions on repairs and even found a contractor to move forward with those repairs as soon as the purchase closed. Tracy was very responsive and was able to answer all of my questions, most before I even asked them. I definitely recommend Tracy to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Where to even begin! Tracy is such a wonderful person inside and out! My husband and I were looking into buying land, were SUPER new to everything, and had no idea where to start.
