Let me start off by saying wow. I have never bought a home before. Me and my fiancA(C) chose Chantelle and all I can say is nothing but good things about her. She is wonderful. We havent closed on our house yet but Tuesday is the day. We have had a few issues with out well water and Chantelle was on top of EVERYTHING. She did everything in her power to get the guys out ASAP to fix it. She is very very good with communicating. Anytime she knows something the next minute she calls or texts you. She ALWAYS answers the phone no matter what she is doing. She is the kindest woman I have ever met and she works so so hard for her clients. She has helped me and my fiancA(C) is words I cannot explain. She works countless hours everyday has a bunch of clients and still does everything she can even after she goes home for the day. I have not had any problems with her she truly is AMAZING! I am so grateful that she was able to help us find a place that wasnt even on market yet and the house is so beautiful. I was searching for my first home and was mainly looking to move to the selinsgrove area. My husband and I have been on the market and getting pre approved for the last 5 years. We have had our fair share of realtors in the past 5 years, one day I was on realtor.com and looking at this home that just came on the market and my husband and I decided to take the leap to contact them and they got us in contact with Chantelle. That was the best decision we could have ever made Chantelle is by far the best realtor in central pa. Tracy and Chantelle worked together to show us houses we put 3 offers in and 2 of them got shot down and the 3rd they accepted it. We closed on the 12th and today I had to call her about our garage door.
