Hi There! I'm Tracy, and together with my husband Cory, we founded our real estate team with a passion for helping people find their ideal homes. Our goal is to ensure that no one feels lost in the shuffle. We prioritize the home buying or selling experience, offering a boutique customer experience designed to make each client feel important and special. Recognizing that no two real estate clients or transactions are the same, we cater to the unique needs of each individual. Our team is small enough to provide a personal touch but large enough to get the job done. For us, it's personal - we aim to build relationships with our clients, not just conduct business transactions. I've been selling real estate since September 2007, bringing over 17 years experience to the table. Additionally, I worked as a mortgage loan officer for 12 years. My extensive industry experience allows us to stay on top of market trends, loan products, and all sides of the transaction. One of the most rewarding experiences of my career was helping a couple in their 80's sell their beautiful "forever" home and downsize into an assisted living apartment. They were so overwhelmed with the emotional process, but seeing how relieved they were when we were able to work out every detail so they could transition smoothly was priceless. This experience reinforced our commitment to providing personalized service and building lasting relationships with our clients. Our team has achieved impressive milestones, with over $300 million in sales and more than 1,800 transactions.
