We had Deryk Humphreyss as our professional, and a professional he was. The process of listing our home was extremely easy-going. Once we settled on the terms and picked a listing date the company had their professional photographer come out and take some out of this world photographs, he even used a drone to get eye popping outdoor photos. Listing day came with excitement. 16 (you read that right) days later and we had a showing in the morning and went to bed with a great offer. While under contract to sell, we even made the decision to hire Deryk as our purchasing agent. Deryk fought his rear off on both fronts making sure we got the best situation possible on both selling and buying. During the whole process Dawn called every week to check in and see if there was anything that we needed help with that our agent hadnt already done. James Aiken did great job of getting to know us and found houses for us to look at, he also did a good job selling our house. We had to sell our house before we could buy James worked with other agent get our home sold. We closed on both properties on the same day.
