I worked with Dan to sell my parents' home after my mother had a medical situation and Mom and Dad both were moved 150 miles away to assisted living and be near me, their eldest daughter. Dan took care of so much because I lived 2-3 hours away! Communication was prompt and by text, email and phone calls, as appropriate. Because this was manufactured home and in a Park there was a lot more paperwork and preparation to sell than a house built on a lot. He researched and printed "reams of paper" to gather everything together. He helped me with the negotiations by confirming what I was suggesting was reasonable or not for the area and the current market. Because of his careful preparation the sale went smoothly and the buyers were well-informed. No surprises for anyone at the last minute! If I had the opportunity I would work with Dan again and will recommend him to anyone in the area who is buying or selling. He knows his stuff and gives attention to all of the details.
