I worked with Dan to sell my parents' home after my mother had a medical situation and Mom and Dad both were moved 150 miles away to assisted living and be near me, their eldest daughter. Dan took care of so much because I lived 2-3 hours away! Communication was prompt and by text, email and phone calls, as appropriate. Because this was manufactured home and in a Park there was a lot more paperwork and preparation to sell than a house built on a lot. He researched and printed "reams of paper" to gather everything together. He helped me with the negotiations by confirming what I was suggesting was reasonable or not for the area and the current market. Because of his careful preparation the sale went smoothly and the buyers were well-informed. No surprises for anyone at the last minute!
