Kerry really put in a lot of miles with us as we didnt necessarily have a specific area besides out of snow belt if Ohio and about an hour south or east of Medina county. Since we lived in mid Missouri we needed her to be available on weekends. We ended up canceling a contract due to failed inspections and she made her self available and we had another contract within 48 hours.
