ZillowVERIFIEDMichael is an amazing agent. I currently live in Idaho and do not know the Ohio region I that I was searching for a new home in. I have a friend in the area and we saw a house on Zillow I liked. I had zoning questions since I have farm animals. At first we tried calling an agent my friend knew about with a different agency. That agent didn't return my call for a couple of days. Since the market is hot, we contacted Michael's agency listed on Zillow and Michael responded immediately. He was able to go over to the house that day to get answers for me and he looked up information to answer my zoning questions. He described the neighbors homes and the animals they had. Even as I continued to look at other houses in the area on Zillow, while he helped me get more info on this one, he multi-tasked through all that with me. He even did a walk through and made his own video of this home so I could experience "walking through the house". Michael is attentive, helpful, and honest. He pointed out any issues he noticed in the house and the all the best features in the house too. Since I was buying long distance, he also recommended a home/septic inspection company that turned out to be really amazing, friendly, and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Michael. If you want an agent that will work hard for you to find you what you need and be available to help you with your search and perhaps through the purchasing process when you find the right place, Michael is your agent. I am recommending him to a friend of mine in Idaho who is also moving to Ohio and any one else I know. Michael is a great asset in you search for a new home; especially if you don't know the area well. Michael helped me through every step of the purchase, including the closing which was electronic because I was in Idaho. I had some problems with one of the documents and he went through it page by page to find the error and help me fix it. That meant he was on the phone with me, off hours in Ohio, to help me get the documents correctly. Above and Beyond...Thank you, Michael.
